They're telling me that my domain registration is up, but they charged me a mystery 9 bucks at the beginning of this month, which i assumed was for registration.

I just tried it and the domain is parked. Here's hoping you get the domain back Devin.

If not, hopefully you have backed-up your message board because if you get a new domain you can salvage it.

These fuckers charged my paypal a mystery 9 bucks at the beginning of t he month, which i assumed was for domain registration. then they don't even tell me that they think i need to reup and just yank me.

last night i finally get in touch with someone at the help desk (no phone support) and tell them what happened. he says to give him info about the payment that was made. i do that and he disappears.
