I don't know what the temp is, but I'm sitting in my centrally-heated front room wrapped in my big hoody and it's still absolutely fucking freezing. At least most of the snow's melted now.

On the positive side, I have a job interview on Monday!

And true, brother. It is indeed pretty damn cold. I've spent the last three days wearing my coat in the office.

I imagine that's just the Beast marking his territory.

It went well. I was nervous as hell, being that this was my first "cold" interview since around March '02, but I think it went okay.

The difference of that building compared to Live is amazing though. You walk in through automatic doors and it's like entering Starfleet Headquarters.

BTW, how are you lot? Did any of you catch the Oscars?

No... I don't know when they're on. I'd like to though. People say that if you catch Oscars you won't catch smallpox. Apparently the virus is very similar.

Just an update. I didn't get it. They said I was overqualified and thought I'd get bored.

Although they said I interviewed great, and if they had a position suited to me, they'd give it to me, though it seems like handing you a spit towel after punching you in the face.

But, life goes on. And it's still damn cold!

Me = employed.

It's only temp, but allegedly to cover a long term sickness, which is cool. And it's at the place I went for an interview with, so I can pop over and say hello at lunchtimes.

Me = relieved.
