Okay, here's one from my youth I can't remember the name of. We should just start a permanent thread for this.
I saw it on cable circa 1982, I think. It might be Canadian. It was an anthology, modern for the time. It was a group of young guys and gals in a cabin in the woods on a stormy night telling scary stories. One was about teenagers exploring a supposedly haunted house that ended with one kid going insane, batting at a single light bulb hanging in a room. Another was about a girl who kills a date raper, then develops a taste for murder (No, it wasn't Charlize Theron). I forget if there was a third story.
Things get weird at the end. The folks in the cabin start freaking out over something vague, saying "It was just a story!" as the storm rages outside. They run out into the woods, suddenly a howl is heard as they stop and see something horrible coming up on them. Freeze frame. The end.
I'm pretty sure the title was something like On a Stormy Night, or some variation of that.
Any clues?
