Because it's hard to keep track aside from the core group.

Anyone in the UK, post here! I'm wondering if we have a big enough contingent to take over America yet. Or at least the Isle of Man...

A Uk Chewer here.

From Wales as well, not that dodgy *Other* place.

Here, sir.

Oh and for the record, I think I saw Dan Whitehead smoking behind the bike sheds with the Wickerman. I don't know what the Wickerman's cigarette was doing stuffed in his belt buckle, but it didn't seem to be hindering Dan's puffing technique any...

Another Englander here. Let's talk about the weather like we should.
That burst of warm sun was nice yesterday.
I'm here. The party may now officially start.

Let's kick off with, "Well, yeah, that bit of sun yesterday was nice. Felt like Spring. And it's equally nice today too. I hope it holds."

Man, we're out of control! There's just no stopping us!

Strax, april. Are you mosdef up for it?
It's my birthday mid-April, so the prospect of getting the gang together Up Norf for booze and a movie is mighty tempting. We can pretend we've been to see Hellboy and get all excited at how awesome we imagined it was.
Why pretend to have seen Hellboy when you could actually see KBv2?!?

We can see KB and pretend we saw HELLBOY.

"The bit where Ron Perlman sliced David Carradine in half was awesome!"
Sounds like a mighty fine plan d000dz...*uninvites himself in spectacular fashion*
post #18 of 58
Sounds good to me.

Is this the point where I say I'm looking forward to KB2 more than Hellboy, thus unleashing a ton of geektastic hatred and loathing at myself?

Man, that sounds like a plan. End of June isn't it ?
I would probably be good to give some folks a lift up there, if that helps.

Don't know where people would stay though, as I am good to stay at my mate's in Manchester, but that offer is probably only valid for me.

I have room for one, or two at the most on my floor, although one of the spaces is advance booked for Strax, assuming he wants to stay in my fleapit again.

Although, it's a new fleapit...
I get dibs on who I spoon up against though, right ? Right ?

I'd be delighted to partake of your hospitalities, Mr Brigden.

Delighted.

No ofence intended, just wondering

they call it that here as well, although ive never understood it as house prices here are some of the most expensive in bristol - this is also why i cant afford to by a house.

i always thought that was ironic too!
Spacktard is truly Sadly Broke... that said, show me anyone nowadays that can afford to buy a house in the UK.

If you could afford to buy it, it would be in some place where they don't pay enough money for you to live.

And the irony is that most rent bills are the same as you'd pay on a mortgage. But they need to know that you're bringing in some vast income to the tune of fifty grand.

Bah.
