the way of the renting trap is to rent from a friend who was clever and A) got a very good job and B) bought a house before they skyrocketed

works for me anyway

ive just bought a house six months ago.............though to be fair house prices in wales are much lower..

saying that even my little mud hut has gone up in price by £10,000 since then
