Best X-Box Shooter?

Aloha,

Another new X-Boxer (lured in by the price break) here.

I bought a laser gun and am looking for advice re: a good shooter. I picked up Dead Man's Hand, but it's turning out to be more of a regular adventure game. What I really want is Duck Hunt, or some version of a carnival-type shooting gallery, that I can play with my kids. Any ideas?

Oh, one more question: is there a "games" version of deepdiscountdvd out there somewhere?

Thanks for your help. As I gain experience, I promise to answer my share of "new guy" questions down the road.

I believe Deep Discount DVD sells video games as well. Not too sure how good their selection is though.

If you're after a lightgun game, I believe the only Xbox shooter is House of the Dead 3. If you want to play it with the kids, you may want to check their tolerance for green blood and monsters.

I did some poking around and found out there's also a Silent Scope game out there. Other than that, the pickings are pretty slim.

Waiting for the kids to go to sleep so he can play House of the Dead,
