HorrorShirts needs your help!!!!

My webmaster got into a little arguement with the pricks over at Dreamhost about a completely unrelated site and they pulled all of our sites and deleted them from the database totally screwing us. So all four of our sites, creepyshit.com, horrorshirts.com, halloweenflash.com & silvershampainnovelties.com are all down. We really need to find a new hosting company and fast. If anyone could recommend a good reliable hosting company that can offer, PHP(nuke), multiple domains, phone support and at least 1 gig storage and no less than 40 gig transfer to start I would greatly appreciate it. Can Dreamhost do this? Unless you've breached the terms and conditions of your contract with them, they shouldn't be able to withdraw your service over an argument - and they certainly shouldn't be allowed to destroy your sites.

I'd certainly find another host, but look into it legally as you might be due some compensation for loss of business at the very least.

No they shouldn't be allowed to do this and could be sued from what I'm being told. I was able to reason with them and get them to put my three sites back up until Friday so we can at least back up the data. However Brian's other sites are still down. I was able to reason with them enough to get them to put the site back up for a few days so we could back up all the data and move the data base. It could go back down at any moment. So until we are up on a new server and are sure it won't be going down without notice we are holding off on kicking the contest into gear again. But like Johnny said, if you did order during the 24 hours the contest was going before the site went down you will still be part of the contest. -Clark

Andrew Robinson would be cool even as the Zodiac Killer from "Dirty Harry". From "Hellraiser" I think I would have to go with, "Come to daddy", or "Jesus Wept". Kurtwood rules too. We need to get on the ball and bring out a bunch of new stuff. Keep the ideas coming guys! -Clark

I would love to do a Rhodes shirt but there is a problem with "Day of the Dead". There is a company that owns the rights to "Day" and "Creepshow" and they have been making and selling shirts, mousepads, etc. So they are actively looking to protect their copyrights. -Clark
