Is "Kill Bill" a rip-off of "Robocop"?

In both films the protagonist is shot in the head and left for dead. They wake up from a coma and are reborn as a killing machine. They proceed to take out everyone in the gang that killed them, saving the ringleader for last.
Kill Bill?
More like Kill Clarence!

Look, people, clearly Kill Bill is a ripoff of Darkman III: Die Darkman Die . Why, because just as Bill must die, so must Darkman. At least, that's what I get from the titles. Also, The Bride's sword will only last for 99 hours. After that, she must get a replacement from Dr. Giggles.
