I'm sorry but I disagree with Johnny about the trailer. It's a mess, plain and simple. They should have kept the whole thing focused on the two people in the water but instead we get staccato cuts of planes and what looks like a rescue mission. They're obviously aiming this thing at the Ritalin-deprived MTV generation ... Plus, that last shot of the shark fin jerking across the screen was fucking annoying! I'm so sick and tired of how horror trailers always end with a "Boo!!!" pseudo jump scare. That shit was old years ago.

Anyway, I'm still very much looking forward to the film and I'm pretty sure the trailer didn't accurately represent what the will have in store for viewers. Lion's Gate seem to be mostly cool folks but they really, really, need to hire someone who can edit trailers. They're coming closer and closer to Miramax-type awefulness.
