I've become a Blue Underground junkie.

Combined with my Something Weird addiction I imagine that I'll be in the poor house in about.........2 weeks....from last month

Dude, there hasn't been a BU release I've seen yet that had really gotten me. I've had Two Evil Eyes, The Prowler, and God Told Me To, and wasn't impressed. Mind you, I really wanted to be, too.

I also have Blue Sunshine which I liked as well as Dead and Buried

Blue Underground is rapidly becoming my favorite company!

I have almost everything, EVERYTHING they released.

That Q disc rocks!


I highly recommend Fight for your Life.


BU has already put me in the poor house, but it's a great ride.

I always think that Blue Sunshine is BU because the case looks like the Buried and Dead Cased in the library


I really liked Contamination for its cheesiness factor


and how could I forget Shock Waves



I'm gonna use the check list that comes with the disk


Fight for your Life, The Girl from Rio, Emanuelle in America, and Salon Kitty will be upcoming

Off topic, I was wondering how long it'd take for someone to mention Something Weird Videos. I got their Extra Weird Sampler, and I can't stop watching it! God , if I see the trailer for Please Don't Eat My Mother again, I...may actually have to buy the movie.

Im a huge Bill Lustig fan - Maniac and Vigilante are a couple of my favourites. Blue Underground is the best DVD label out there. Dead & Buried is probably the best DVD i've had from them. I did hear a rumour that they'd be releasing Maniac Cop but i've heard no news. It's weird that Blue Underground are releasing Zombi 2 as Shriek Show are meant to be releasing it in about a month. Personally I think Shriek show SUCK so i'm gonna wait for the B/Underground version.

just so you know:

I spoke to Bill Lustig at Chiller Theatre a few weeks ago, and he said that BU's release of Zombie doesn't have too many extras.

He also said that Shriek Show's release will be a 2 disc set and have interviews ans a lot of extras.

He laughed and said he hopes people buy BU's release because it's cheaper, but he actually admitted that Shriek Show's is a better buy.

My problems with Shriek Show tend to be that they sometimes get the colours and aspect ratio's wrong on some of their discs. But thanks for the info.

Ya gotta admire a guy's honesty about the competition's release of the same damn movie! I'm almost tempted to buy it from BU, just for that.

I don't mind Shreik Show's stuff. They put a lot of work into the discs, and it comes out looking OK. There was some cool stuff to Dr. Butcher, MD, especially the flip covers. Nice touch.
