Will Freddy and Jason Vs. Ash ever be made? Maybe, I'd say it has a 40% chance...and if it does I think we'll be treated to one of the most kickass film sequences in the past 10 years.

Ash's Nightmare!

I'm sure that at some point in the film Ash would fall asleep and the audience would get to see just how fucked up fighting the Evil Dead has made Bruce.

Having the nightmare take place in the Cabin is a absolute must.

Well, the producers, the director and even Campbell are fine with it. All it comes down to: are they going to be able to clear the rights?

Evil Dead is one thing, Army of Darkness is another and Freddy and Jason are another. It may be too troublesome...

Personally, i hope Ash is in it. The first FvsJ sucked sooo much... Ash may make it a little better.

Bruce Campbell has a little blurb on his website about the possibilities, which appear to be slim at the very best. Just to be biased, how about Freddy vs. Jason vs. Re-Animator? Any takers?

Yeah, because of the rights issues. It was the same thing with Army of Darkness. The people behind the first Evil Dead 1 were some small folk Raimi and company knew. They´re not big producers or even related to the industry. So every film with Ash is a mess.

Read the Evil Dead Companion. There´s some info about that.
