AZ Horrorfind Weekend

Halloween weekend (Oct 29th - 31st)...

DETAILS

Who's going? I'm getting my tickets this weekend. $40 for a weekend pass ($36 if purchased before Aug 1st). This will blow that crapfest we had earlier in the year away.

Guest list to include:

George Romero
Adrienne Barbeau
Reggie Bannister (of course)
most of the cast from 'Day of the Dead'

Friday October 29: Show Starts 5:00pm to 10pm
Saturday October 30: Convention open 10am - 7pm
Saturday October 30: Special events, shows, movies and party from 6pm on...
Sunday October 31: Dealer's Rooms Open 11am - 5pm

What more can I say... I'm stoked!

Hope it's true. Would be sad if the last I get to hang out with him was when we went to the Coscarelli meet 'n greet in Tucson. Pretty cool guy, despite his refusal to profess his love for ROBOT JOX.

No I meant the event. I know several people who deny their secret affection for 'Robot Jox'. Shameful...

That being said, if my Halloween in Vegas plans fall through, I might just wind up at this one, despite the fact that my horrific ex-wife lives in the area and might actually show up.

I've come out of the rock I hide under to deliver this message:

I was at opening night of Robot JOX and Fortress so I am part of Stuart Gordon's inner circle. As long as that circle includes Barbara Crampton I am one happy guy.

I will be buying my tickets soon for the Horrorfind weekend. It sounds like a blast. I just looked at the website and Tony Todd, Dee Wallace and Doug Bradley (amongst others) will be there too.

I sent you an email (or two) regarding the Coscarelli event, but you were unreachable. I chalked it up to a likely trek to worship at the feet (tentacles?) of the Old Ones, but it may have just been "technical difficulties".
