Definitely I'd go with the "Happy Birthday, Paulie" robot from Rocky IV.

A few years ago, I would have chosen Rags, the talking electronic dog from Woody Allen's Sleeper. "Woof, woof, my name is Rags."
Now that they actually have those, it's not so funny anymore.

I also have to give some props to the robotic Malkovich in Making Mr. Right. The very fact that's it's a fake Malky is funny.

And of course, GIR, the dumb but loveable robot from "Invader ZIM".
