I've been a member for 2 years now, but I don't post much. I figure I should change that. So i ask you, what's in your DVD player right now. I can't wait to see what crazy movies people have been watching recently.

Disc 1 - Old School (I don't take this movie out)
Disc 2 - Joe Schmo season 1 - disc 2
Disc 3 - Nip/Tuck season 1 - disc 3
Disc 4 - Bubba Ho-Tep
Disc 5 - Club Dread

How is Six Feet Under? The past 2 months, i've been picking up tv shows on dvd without having seen the shows. I've picked up The shield (season 1 and 2), Monk and Nip/Tuck. All have been amazing, and i was thinking my next pick up would Six Feet Under.

A bit off topic, nut... have you gotten the 'Spider-Man - '67 Collection', yet? I haven't picked it up and was hoping to hear from someone who has. I hear Bakshi's stuff is pretty out there and I don't quite remember his stuff specifically from this series.

No I haven't picked it up yet. Actually I didn't know Bakshi was involved. His stuff is pretty far out there, but Wizards is pretty tame. It has a more family friendly story. I just like the styles and possibilities an adult movie provides for animation. I also like that old-school cell animation.

Anyway, Wizards is great. And I too would be interested in hearing about that '67 spider-man collection.

I guess he was the show runner for season one. I've ordered the set and am just awaiting UPS to deliver it to my nostalgia filled hands.

Oh... my... Gods...

This disc has the worst video transfer I have ever seen. This is the Platinum Disc Corpration version. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. (Which sucks because I truely do love this film.)

Guess I'm going to have to pony up the $55 for the DTS version.

Anyway moving on to...

The Evil Dead marathon at my pad this weekend with some friends.
