Anna, you should probally know that Christy Carlson Romano is getting massacred by the critics for her performance as Belle in Beauty and the Beast. If you want to do a successful musical, you might want to get someone who can sing the high notes--and "Total Eclipse of the Heart" has a lot of high notes.
Dude, they actually did an episode of "Kim Possible" where we find out she couldn't hit the high notes...

And besides, musical directors do change things in the music to accomidate a person's range...

You completely rule. I can't believe someone else remembers that story. It was a quote from Jon Koncak when he was playing for Orlando. It happened when those record breaking blizzards were tearing up the East Coast about eight years ago or so. I read about all of those people getting stuck in a hotel together and got the idea for this movie from it. I've been wanting to write the script for years.

Also, you may want to hold back your christmas releases, Anderson. I may be wrong here, but I was assuming that the Winter scedule was for December/ January and all the oscar bait and christmas blockbusters.

I was going to do a zombie movie for October, but I didn't really have a specfic story in mind and after reading the synopsis for Scarlets, I think I'll probably just let it go. I'll go see Ratty's film instead of making my own.

Some may have noticed that I "accidently" omitted my baseball film from the summer schedule that it was originally scheduled for. Kind of glad I did. (For obvious reasons.)

A film by David Lynch

Starring:
Gary Oldman as Stuart Connell, 47 year old divorced advertising executive.
Nikki Reed as Jude Leach, 16 year old runaway.
Samantha Morton as Millicent Radford, psychic detective.
Ethan Hawke as Oscar Radford, Millicent's brother and the second half of Radford & Radford Investigations.

In Support:
Kevin Spacey as Tony Fields, a nice man from the Government.

Eddie Izzard as Philip Michaels, a psychic, friend to Oscar and Millicent's late father and proprietor of the Morning Star bar.
Judi Dench as Sylvia Pennington
Jack Davenport as Detective Constable Tom Hutcheson, Metropolitan Police Special Branch.

Stuart Connell is a vampire. He knows because a polite man from the government told him, and really, is there any other explanation for what's been going on lately. He's cast adrift, having to leave his life behind and deal with a society which if it believed in what he was would rather he was properly dead. Jude is a runaway, leaving her parents after they tried to lock her up because of the voices in her head. Voices, it transpires, that are real. Not the best time to be vulnerable and alone in London when there's a killer on the loose. A killer the police cannot catch, that only psychic detectives Oscar and Meredith Radford (siblings not married) can hope to find and hopefully stop.

A Confederacy of Dunces
Comedy, US, Rated R
Director - Terry Zwigoff
Starring - Will Ferrell as Ignatius Reilly
Mos Def as Jones
Co-Starring - Maggie Gyllenhaal as Myrna Mynkoff
Christina Ricci as Lana Lee
Ricky Gervais as Officer Mancuso
Olympia Dukakis as Mrs Reilly
Franka Potente as Darlene
Al Pacino as Mr Levy
Summary - Meet Ignatius Reilly (Will Ferrell) a contemptuous hypochondriac, deadbeat ideologue, and a gluttonous moocher. He's mountainous college graduate living off his mother's welfare check in her home on one of New Orleans seedy back streets. He spends most of his time waxing melodramatically philosophic, hiding out in the squalor of his bedroom, filling Big Chief writing tablets with his unique brand of Luddite/medievalist/anti-Enlightenment thought and penning incendiary letters to his sex-crazed ex-college-girlfriend Myrna Minkoff (Maggie Gyllenhaal). His beleaguered mother (Olympia Dukakis) by turns dotes and turns on him in their schizophrenic dance between adult child and aging parent.
Waiting on Canal Street for his mother to come back from an arthritis consultation with her doctor, Ignatius gets hauled off by Officer Mancuso (Ricky Gervais) who thinks the mustachioed mountain in tweed trousers, plaid flannel shirt and trademark green hunting cap looks suspicious. Thus begins a tailspin into one misadventure followed by another and another ad infinitum. Ignatius and his mother, traumatized by the event, step into a sleazy strip joint and drink themselves silly. As they leave, Mrs. Reilly promptly plows her Plymouth into a building.
The dollars in damages they need to pay for their little accident cannot be met by Mrs. Reilly's meager welfare check. So it is that Ignatius grudgingly begins a series of jobs that suck him ever-deeper into the seamy underbelly of 1960s New Orleans. Ignatius' impact leaves the poor souls in his wake insensible and gaping. His work at Levy Pants (file clerk) and for Paradise Vendors (hotdog-pushcart man) bring Ignatius to lead a workers' revolt and become an unwitting soft-core-porn distribution stooge. His arrogance (and flatulence) touch the people he encounters in horrible ways, yet his indignant, malicious blunders make it possible for those he's injured (intentionally or not) to come out better at the far end of the story.
