Anybody Else from PA Thinking of going to Toronto for LOTD?

Well not just from Pgh but Anywhere in the US? I think it would be quite funny if at least half of the zombies in Land were From the US. So anyone else considering or am I the only crazy one making the journey?

I'd love to, but with no reliable transportation, or the money to spare to take time off from work to go on a crapshoot to be a zombie, it would be tough. I'm not even sure yet who to get in touch with about it.

When I moved to PA I thought it was awesome that I now live in a state that Romero lives in, and I would drive the 5 hours to Pittsburgh if Romer ever made another zombie movie....

and it figures, he goes to Canada-eh.

How about people outside PA? Using whatever contacts people have around here would someone be able to get in touch with Romero or his company and get a date range for when extras will be needed for zombies or crowd scenes. Maybe a Creature-Corner get together could be organized around those dates for those willing to make the trip, maybe some slight (no big favors) extra consideration could be shown to whatever group that gets there. It certainly seems likely to start a little early buzz. I'm probably just dreaming here but it seems like that could be fun.

Debz - and the rest of you corkers out there going to Toronto - are gonna have to shoot me a pic of yourself or something. That way I can recognize you guys while I'm out there...then walk down the other side of the street when I see ya.

How about asking him if any Shooting will be done in Pittsburgh?

I've talked to him and he seemed like no matter what if he ever made his last Dead movie it would be filmed here.

yeah I'll shoot you a pic when I get some time later this week, if I can find one that doesn't scare even me.

I have the time off right now (from work, yes I work most weekends...don't ask) and am getting the tickets this week now I just have to decided if I'm gonna get a hotel (or motel hey I'm cheap) since I live about a 45min-1 hour drive away

anyways we'll see what's going on for that

I'd give you a picture, but I feel a little uncomfortable knowing that someone is jackin' his gusset to my image. Nontheless, I will be there late Friday evening and staying till the end of Sunday night. So if anyone is looking to punch me in the face for the way I tore apart the Flintstones a few months back, now is your chance. For any others who wanna split a draft-ball of Canada's finest brew, I will be posting mug shots shortly.
