People sure weren't kidding about the overindulgence of smileys at the horror channel. I was reading a thread this morning (in which foywonder made some great points, by the way) and one person used SEVEN smileys with a single post. Seven. Did they need seven to bring their point home? Would six have sufficed?

I think I might hide here for a while....even though things seem pretty quiet. I haven't posted much but I love reading the threads and it's such a different atmosphere over there.

I don't like to complain but I agree the emoticons and the 'I liked it!' posts get a little tiresome. So many pages to sift through sometiimes to find something worth reading.

But, like mentioned in another thread, it just means it's more important for others to try to set a higher standard and do the best to at least try to make posts worth reading.

I am getting more used to the multiple topic catagories however. Kind of like ale carte sushi, have what you like.
