No kidding. JT and Turk switching clothes was pretty damn hilarious too.

Headblood. It doesn't get much better than that.

When does this show come out on DVD?
SERIOUSLY.

They have been talking about the DVD being in the works forever now. I really want this show more than anything else on DVD.
According to Braff, they're waiting on a DVD release until after they secure syndication. How that hasn't happenned yet is beyond me.

Now what was up with that one wacky patient with his comment about being caught in someone's tractor beam? I love absolute random humor like that.

Damn, I missed Tuesday's episode. What was the reason for Heather Graham's character leaving?
She got a better job out of state.

shotodrag, I think you have hit a certain number of episode (like, 100) to hit prime syndication time. That should happen pretty shoon, shouldn't it?
This is the fourth season right? And yes, 100 is the magic number for syndication so they should hit it next season.
Average episode. White Turk was funny. Juliana Marguilles is quite tasty without the jeri-curl.

Yes, Cal Turk. Heh. I actually missed the first ten minutes this week but was able to jump right in. How they allow that without killing the humor through repetition is something else.
I thought this was a quite good episode. I loved Turk's shenanigans in it, but one thing that was interesting was that they finally addressed Doug's incompetence. The show is based in some semi-real state as far as hospitals and the medical profession goes, so I was curious if they were just going to keep idiot doug around or do what they did tonight and actually address the fact that he probably never should be interacting with live patients.

Oh and yes juliana marguiles was sexy today. I never thought much of her, but she really clicked for me today.
That was Juliana Margulies? Wow. I thought that was Famke Jassen. The straight hair confused me.

Yes it was. I was kind of bothered by it at first, but it quickly grew on me.
Turk: "It's the second best thing that has ever happened to me!"
J.D.: "Don't worry, Carla's not around."
Turk (whispering): "It's the best thing that has ever happened to me!"

Oh god... I love this show.

Oh My Geebus.

I JUST TALKED TO TURK FROM SCRUBS ON THE PHONE FOR LIKE 6 MINUTES ON THE PHONE OH SWEET JESUS TAPDANCING MEL GIBSON!!!!!!

The number from this week's episode is REAL. I CALLED it. I TALKED to Turk!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ack! So cool!

*falls over*

Oh My Geebus.

I JUST TALKED TO TURK FROM SCRUBS ON THE PHONE FOR LIKE 6 MINUTES ON THE PHONE OH SWEET JESUS TAPDANCING MEL GIBSON!!!!!!

Update:

Ok. Now that I've calmed down a bit, here's what went down:

On this week's episode, they had a little goofy part about what Turk would be doing if he weren't a surgeon and his name was "Calturk", and it showed him as one of those obnoxious TV lawyers, with a number on the bottom of the screen. And today, I was told that if you called this number, then you would be greeted by a Scrubs voicemail where you could leave a message.

So, being pretty much bored to tears at the moment, I whipped out my cell and called the number. The first time i forgot to put a "1" in front of the number, so it didn't connect. Tried again. Ring. Ring. Ring.

A voice answers: "Hello? Scrubs Productions!"

Me: ".....HOLY CRAP! IT WORKS!"

Voice: "OH MY GOD! IT REALLY DOES!"

Turns out that it was Turk! Really him! We chitchatted for a bit, he asked me about College Station and what I was up to, where I was going to school, I asked him when the DVDs were coming out (he said next fall for almost sure). Also, I think Zach Braff was there in the background, because while he and I were talking, I heard a voice in the background that sounded suspiciously like Braff saying "Geeeeeeeet ooooofffff the phoooooooone." (In my geekified mind, I can see them sitting there in front of Halo 2 and Braff is itching to get back into the game.) So after about 6 minutes, we said our goodbyes and he said "take it easy" and it was like we were buds or something.

I am so incredibly psyched right now. I unwittingly talked to Turk tonight! Just, chillin! Shooting the breeze!

....DUDE!
wow...are you serious? That is pretty damn cool. I would imagine there must have been a few hundred ppl who actually tried the number? That is awesome.
It's true. Zach Braff's most recent entry on his blog said the number was real. I just figured he was playing a joke on Donald Faison, but I guess not. If only I had the sack to call it, myself...
Called. Got voice mail.

Heh, it never occurred to me to try the number. Guess I know what I'll be doing later today.
My wife and I caught this episode...and we looked at each other and said, "Why don't we watch this show all the time?" It's truly one of (if not the) funniest shows on network television at the moment. And McGinley rules all. And I didn't even think of calling Turk's phone number either.
Margulies' ball-busting song and dance number was a riot. That Zap2it article said the show was moving to 9 o'clock soon, which is cool. I was tired of waiting for that fucking lion cartoon to go off.

Scrub moves to 9:00pm Eastern starting tonight, right?

Good episode. Nice closure on a lot of the issues from last week.

The huge battle marathon to get to the board member's chart was hilarious.

The show's firing on all cylinders. Yesterday's ending monologue, with the women walking down the hall and Turk, JD and Dr. Coxturning into little boys, was sublime. When the janitor walks in and picks up little JD and goes to put him in the dumpster, it was flat out brilliant.

Other highlights -- the Kill Bill reference. The dash for Kelso's chart. The janitor impersonating Dr. Reed. The Todd impersonating Dr. Reed. JD asking Cox's wife to help him break up with the trial lawyer. Hell, the whole freakin' episode.
Man, Margulies is smoking hot with that straightened hair.

I really wish the DVDs were coming a lot earlier than "next fall". This show is so great.
The Janitor pausing to clean the window while he was impersonating a doctor was the bee's knees.
The subtle jokes really make this show great.

Solid episode, but not as good as last weeks.
Scrubs is by far my favorite sitcom.

Every episode is both hysterical and touching (usually it is The Tod that does the touching).

Scrubs Dvd's

Syndication issues.

Just watched my tape and despite numerous rewinds, I couldn't tell what Elliot said after she tried the victory sip with coffee. Anyone fill me in?

"I was covered in bees!!"

"I want to have sex with this moment." "I like this moment so much that I want to cheat on that last moment with this one, marry it, and have little moments with it."

These people are my personal heroes.

Chandler wasn't bad, either.
Perry's delivery of "Man, Wings really got it right" was great. Wouldn't mind seeing him make another appearance.

I don't think there's been a bad episode this season. This and Arrested Development give me hope for the future of the sitcom.

Awesome.

no scrubs tonight. that sucks.

"I have an Eiffel Tower in my pants."

"What?"

"Grapefruit!"

Anyone else notice the re-used Garden State set in the Mono flashback?

Another great episode. The black family watching surgery -- classic. JD getting mono -- classic. The Todd reviving a dead patient with a high-five -- classic. But Dr. Cox finally, finally, FINALLY referencing The House of God in a monologue was what put the icing on the cake for me.
The first half was gold, but then the last half fell to the wayside.
That new episode last night was great stuff...
Fantastic episode. Colin Farrell is great in pre-recorded comedy.

Highlights include the Seedless Grapes Club, and the Carla/Elliott catfight. Best line:

"Bustin' chops.....and dustin' docs."
Todd had some great lines last night:

"Ladies, stop it!" He moves his chair closer. "You may proceed."

"The Todd appreciates 'hot,' regardless of gender."
This weeks episode wasn't really upto Scrubs standards..........maybe it was because the whole episode revolved around a forced gimmick [locking down the hospital because J.D. just throws the word SARS out there]. This epiosde supports my opinion that they've just gone for the "Outragous" element too much, I love the show but in the first season anytime something crazy or weird happened, it was in J.D.'s head, now every character on the show is doing something weird and "zany" like J.D., they do it so much that when he has a dream segment it's devoid of any impact due to what they've already shown.........

not a strong episode in my opinion.

I liked Perry's celated thanks to whoever taught his wife the reverse cowgirl position.
