Anybody read "Jinn" by Matthew Delaney?

Awesome book. One of the best horror yarns I've ever read, even if the end gets a little silly. It's like The Relic on steroids, only WAY more ambitious. Highly recommended.

I really liked The Relic, so I might have to pick this one up. I have heard about it a few times, but I never got it. Is it like a monster book?

Yeah. Kind of half-monster, half-supernatural horror. It's great stuff, though. If you liked Relic, you'll love this.

I picked this up last week. About 3/4 of the way through (where the policeman is having flashbacks to previous lives). For a first book, very impressive so far. Not really sure I would categorize this as horror. Some horror imagary but overall more supernatural suspense.
