Actually it does make sense.
You accused me of coming in here and taking a shot at the site.

I said that I came in to apologize to Robyn and explained that coming in here to insult her, especially since I do not frequent the site too much because I am unhappy with it served no purpose.

Makes sense to me.
Hence the big boy reading skills comment to you.

What you posted is a semantic and grammatical mess that wouldn't look out of place in one of Robyn's Rants. That it makes sense to you is nothing to be proud of.

You know, as much as I love this thread, we could do something better. We could close it. I mean, we've all said what we thought about the rants and there's already been too much arguing around here.

Let's discuss the movies we've seen in the other threads and keep the suggestions for Robyn or the comments on her next article for the 'suggestions' thread. What say you?

the suggestions thread is for suggestions in general, this thread is just to talk about films and the rants or if you have any questions for me etc.., noone is obligated to read this thread or post on it if they do not like it. I am new here and until the negative comments, people liked this thread. so I am going to keep it and see how it goes.

Alice, you have given me some good advice, so now lets give me the chance to try and use it. I like this thread, the reason it was started was to talk to all of you. i figured I could find out about everyone and what they like, answer questions etc.. I mean, you all have gone against the one person that came here and wanted to chat with you. Rune and I are just people that are writing, we are not the people that run this, we have been the ones trying to relate to all of you, so why push us out?

It is starting to look like you all just dont want an actress posting or even on the boards.. well I am here and I have been getting emails telling me not to give up. so I wont. For those of you that are supportive, thanks. for those that arent, give me advice. you know we do have a thing called private messaging, this all could have been handled that way instead of a bashing fest. I loved the post earlier about how professionalism is respected here... do you think the way this handled was professional? I certainly do not.

I am not going to go over and over this, if you dont like me, dont read anything to do with me. Simple as that. If you want to see me learn and grow as a writer, then help me.

Robyn, after logging the 2nd response in this thread, I didn't check back until now ... and quite honestly, the tone of some of the responses was more disturbing than many of he recent horror films I have seen ... you probably already know to take some of the harsh comments with a grain of salt ...

Your latest article/rant is great, and like Floyd said, it was definitely more on the money as far as what I had anticipated ...

Thanks everyone! Your comments really have put a smile on my face. I hope you realize that the only reson I improved was due to your honesty with me and that means a ton. I also want to thank Rune for the Proofread.

I will continue to try and improve and will try to keep this thread fun!

Content = loads better

Word count = much meatier and therefore enjoyable to read through.

Proof reading = can someone else other than Rune do it. More than a run through a spell check in Microsoft Word that's needed for a proof read. Being honest.

wow I am really shocked, I thought you all would jump at the chance for some signed memorabilia.. well I am withdrawing the book as a prize.... I left it on for over a week and no response at all. I have alot of stuff from celebs, but if noones is interested then what is the point!

Well Robyn I don't know if it's that no ones interested it's just that ya didn't advertise it that well. You put it in a thread called Robyn's Rants and I don't think people are checking it alot unless you post a new rant. Now were you to give it it's own thread or a spot on the main page I think things may have turned out differently. And as for the holloween costume thing....well I know I didn't dress up for holloween and I don't kow how many people on this board do. I mean im an adult as well as everyone else and only a select few dress up and go to parties and horror festivals or whatever(not that im saying anything negative about the people who do). Listen Id love to be the one to take that book off your hands, but that fact is even though I love horror I just don't do the whole holloween thing.

I am sorry, havent been around much lately. I have been traveling to different appearances. Been having fun and met a lot of really geat Horror fans. How is everyone here? I am going to be submitting my next rant this week .

Well it all depends on the prize really. I mean for some contests it should really just be whomever pm's you their full name and address first but for tohers there should be some kinda writing contest or answering some questions. The contest and questions should try to stick with whatever theme your prize is. Now with that said.....what do ya got on your mind for a prize?
