The shot in "Superman: The Movie" when Clark and his ma are standing in the wheatfield.
WHen he says bye and the music swells and the cam does this pan against the turn thingy or some such shit.


Best scene in the movie.

I would have to go with the opening shot of "Touch Of Evil".

My personal favorite is from DePalma's Raising Cain, where the two detectives escort the strange old woman from the interview room, to an elevator, down some escalators and into the morgue to whip the sheet off a corpse. All while delivering tons of exposition and humor as the two cops mock the old woman behind her back. Great stuff. Unfairly maligned film.
