Well, at least I feel it should. I loved the show since it first aired and it really made up for the void of the John K.-less Ren and Stimpy ('93-'95).

Here's some of my fave episodes (in no specific order) :

- Suck-O-Matic/Canned: Rocko buys a Suck-o-matic vacuum cleaner/ Rocko works for Mr. Bighead at Conglomo

- Driving Mrs. Wolfe: Rocko gives Heffer's mom driving lessons

- Sailing the Seven Zzzzzss..: Mr. Bighead thinks hes a pirate and acts it out in his sleep

- Boob Tubed: Rocko buys a new TV and Heffer is sucked into it. Then Rocko and Filbert have to journey to the north pole to rescue him.

- Short Story: Rocko hates being small and Really Really Big Man tells him to be proud of himself through putting Rocko's face into his nipples.

That show used to scare the crap out of me, yet for some reason I would still watch it every time it was on.

I just dug it because the theme song was done by the B-52s.

Mrs Bighead looks and sounds like Captian Janeway

I'd buy Rocko DVDs in a heart-beat.

Fun fact: Carlos Alazraqui who did the voice of Rocko now plays the racist Officer James Garcia on Reno 9-11!

I love the episode where Hef and Philbert tape Rocko and it becomes an art house hit except Rocko hates it sence he is naked getting milk

That's the one where that Fellini-like movie they do has Heffer preening "Naaaaked!!!" over and over again, right?

Is it sad that I knew this came out on DVD this past week? Perhaps it is more sad that I happened to buy it on the day it came out. Let me explain. I happened to Wikipedia it out of the blue a couple weeks ago and found this knowledge out.

It's a bare bones collection and apparently there are some edits of the more raunchier stuff. I'm not that far into it, but the sequencing seems off. I don't know if they are ordered by air date or what.

I loved this show to death...hell, the whole two parter with Rocko and Co working for Ralph Bighead on their own animation show never fails to kill me (that and the golf episode with the flying pianos)

MAYO!

Great show. Arguably more Spongebob-ish than Ren & Stimpy-esque though. Certainly a bridge between the 2 for Nick.
