Dawn of the Dead 04 DVD

Can we talk about horror? I know this one was a love it or hate it. I personally loved it. Finally someone puts in a sex scene in an apocolyptic moment. I know I'm not the only one who'd be thinking about it if I found myself in a world with nothing but zombies, locked up somewhere in a mall with a hot chick.

Anyway, I hope there's some good gore or something in this directors cut. Does anyone have the skinny on it?

I've had the region 3 copy of this for a few months now and I love the movie. Some more gore, a few more chunks in the headshots, but mostly character development. Sorry to say the sex scene was not extended, but there is an extra nude shot of a lady wandering around aimlessly. The undead scenes are alright, again not hardly any gore in those if I remember right. The other extras are a toss up in my opinion. I like the behind the scenes extras(exploding heads, raising the dead, attack of the living dead, and commentary is alright). But Andy's last days, and the special news bulletin are a little cheesy for me. A lot of people will like those though anyway. I found them unintentionally funny at times. I keep watching the Shaun of the Dead trailer 'cause I can't wait to see it. All in all, a worthy addition to my dvd collection.
