Seems Blockbuster is getting in heavily on the trade-in market, opening a "store-in-a-store" called Game Rush at certain locations. You can trade in hardware, games, and DVDs for store credit, and thanks to their pretty generous trade-in values and my growing disinterest with my Gamecube, I traded in my Cube, one controller, one Wavebird, two memory cards, Madden 2004 and 2005, Wind Waker, NCAA 2003, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, and Rebel Strike, along with 8 DVDs that I'll never lay eyes on again.
Result? $196 in store credit and a brand new PlayStation 2 Online bundle and used copies of 007 Everything or Nothing and Champions of Norrath for me.
Since they just started this up, they're offering an extra $5 per game if you trade in three or more, and if you buy one used game you get a second for half price. Not sure how long they'll be this generous, but they've got a much bigger selection than my local GameStop, and were offering more too ($55 for my GC as opposed to $40). All in all, very pleased.
You can go to Blockbuster's homepage and find a link to their Game Rush page, it has a store locator (not all Blockbuster's have this, and it's only in about 10 or so states from the looks of it). Oh, and the Game Rush locations are having a midnight Halo 2 event, as if you needed more enticement to check it out.
