The intense beatdown he took by the owner of the bar they were using in Fight Club. He was scary as hell during that. I really thought he was insane. Definitely my favorite Brad Pitt moment.

Well his best moments are in all of Fight Club really, my favourite being this exchange:

"Hit me!"
"Where?"
"Surprise me!"

The climax of Seven is also note worthy, there were a couple of moments in Seven Years in Tibet that made me laugh, though I guess they were unintentionally funny moments. Of course who could forget his little part in Clooney's Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind?

Well my favorite Pitt film is definitely Fight Club, but not necessarily because of him-- more because of Ed Norton.

My favorite Brad Pitt performance has gotta be 12 Monkeys. Why? Because he is a thouroughly convincing and entertaining nut job in that one!

I just realized that this entire thread makes no mention of Troy, a movie that love it or hate it, he absolutely owns. Complete badass, and a very perfect role for him.

"Immortality! Take it, it's YOURS!"

Plus his defiant, then surprised, then peaceful legendary death which I think he plays very well. His speech before he kills Hector also ranks high, and the way he handles the action in a very believable way.

Great performance.
