This looks like the work of Bobby Bowfinger, but not nearly as technically polished as Fake Purse Ninjas.

I thought this was pretty fun. It was cheesy in all the right places but it was well made. (For what I assume was a super low budget movie.) It was sort of like renting an obscure kung fu movie with strange fight coreography and dubbing that doesn't sync up with the actors moving their mouths. Kudos.
