I'll probably be on a before that if people want to start warming up... You know doing Master Chief squat thrusts to loosen the hammy's, Some Master Chief push-ups to help strengthen the forearms to increase fire rates... (okay enough with the lame jokes)

I got the whole night free so I am going to playing some optimatches to improve my rankings (and skills) throughout the evening. Send me a party invite if you want to play... wayward 1

All I gotta say is that the weekend is finally here and it's only a matter of a few more hours until quittin' time. I'm going to crack open single player with my boy this afternoon and then will be on live later this evening and throughout the next couple of days. Looking forward to playing with you guys.

Anybody else feel really satisfied killing Nick and his guest? I love this place and the crew running it, but it just felt great mowing down someone named chud.com down. I feel like a rebel.

Needless to say folks we must join up and kick ass for the CHUD clan if we plan to rub anything in anyones faces, we should never lose to people who just scream into their headsets.

To be better prepared i'd take a moment to

1) Memorize where the swords, sniper Rifle, rockets, and good stuff is
2) Take a few minutes to learn the different team options [Cause you're half passed fuck if you don't know the objective]
3) Learn the different hidden spots to pick off the opposing team.

Since I can't visit Bungie at work (damn filter won't let me visit "gaming" pages, but I can visit this debauchary..LOL)

How are the clan matches set up? Are you planning certain times to play? Or is it who is on-line when you play? I would love to get some time in (especially in CTF) so I'll visit when I get home..

And don't fret.. 3 out of 16 isn't so bad... Remember these immortal words from every coach on a team that sucks.. "We are building for next year"

I'll be on.....from about right now until about 6-7ish,

If you want to try your hand at a clan game PM me in the game cause I would like to set one up but we never have the best Clan members in it [Slater, CHEF, etc] cause they're always playing in another party.

I dunno if the clan matches should be set up here or just whenever, we have to get some games back though, also because a clan can consist of up to 100 players we can have multiple clan squads going at once, I think clan match anytime would allow for more freedom but it's up to Nick if he wants to set up a steady schedule for clan games.

I can't play tonight until around 11:30pm EST. If anyone is on I'll be playing then. And while I don't get a lot of kills, I sure can carry a flag.. LOL!

If we're serious about being a dominant clan, then the schedule needs to be based around the best players (Slater, 86, Pennyweight, TY are the ones I can name off the top of my head), at least for minor clan matches.

These clan matches are great fun, even if we are losing quite often right now.

Major Clanmatch: Total Games-4; Wins-1
Minor Clanmatch: Total Games-14; Wins-3

Just got off Halo 2

in minor clan matches we went 1-1-1 so that ain't half bad.

and yes we will have to match players such as Slater with other good players.
Setzer 777 you seem like a good player for a minor clan match.

I will take a look at the clan members and see what the best teams are.

Well, in my own opinion, we need to practice some of the game modes before we haul off and battle other clans. In the major clan matches a couple nights ago we were dropped into an "Assault" game on Coagulation... and most of us had never played Assault, didn't even know what the winning conditions were (myself included). Never mind developing a winning strategy.

We need to organize some practice rounds. Here's a list of the game types and maps we'll see on Major Clan Match:

1 Flag CTF - Headlong
1 Bomb Assault Fast - Headlong
1 Flag CTF - Zanzibar
1 Flag CTF - Waterworks
Multi Flag CTF - Waterworks
Neutral Bomb Assault - Coagulation
Land Grab (Territories) - Zanzibar
Land Grab (Territories) - Headlong
Multi Bomb Assault - Waterworks
Single Bomb Assault - Zanzibar
Neutral Bomb Assault - Waterworks
Land Grab (Assault) - Colossus

All these are 2 team games, obviously.

I'll be on tonight (Sunday 11/14) after 8:30pm EST. While I don't excel in killing people I make on pretty good flag runner/driver and I know the maps pretty well (as well as all the games)

You should try being 5 hours ahead (and that's just EST). Everyone is just warming up as I'm dropping off. If I want to join in the real fun, I'd need to stay up to around 4am.

I started reading a lot of their site and they seem to take this very seriously. They have a whole page of rules you must follow.

The one thing I found interesting is the tournaments they participate in. While I don't know if anybody else is up for that I think they might be fun. Usually free to join (God knows I won't pay money to get my ass kicked by a 12 year old). There are sites like Game Battles (Click) where people sign up and compete. Sounds like some fun.. Sure you may get beat up on, but it is an oppurtunity to spread the word of CHUD!
