I loved the first two games for the Genesis, never played the third (Sega CD was too expensive for a 14 year old), and have hoped for a remake on a new console. I found this at http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/rpg/shiningforce/index.html . After watching the gameplay footage, it looks like this is no longer a srategy game, but just another hack and slash with anime cutscenes, which really sucks. I guess Sega is determined to run every franchise they have into the ground. Although it seems to be early in development, so it could still turn out ok. At least, there's Fire Emblem.
