I must commend you on your discerning intellect. I spent seven expensive years to attain the professional license and degrees that I have. Considering that all I do for a living is help others, I would hope that I could charge what the market will bear without having a socialist schematic imposed on me.

I afford doctors, engineers, and other professionals who provide vital services the same courtesy. Why don't you?

Looks like it's official. Bush will be visiting Canada on November 30 and December 1 and I believe the location is TBA.
