The EU will take over Bosnian peacekeeping mission in the beginning of December.
That's great news, as it'll help the EU get its joint military operations doctrine squared away and help pomote a more Eurocentric perspective on Bosnia.
Oh, and it reduces US troop commitments. Gotta love it.
