Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid

I gave this a rent and pretty much got what I expected. A sometimes enjoyable romp through the jungle with giant snakes. They had a nice big cast so alot of people could get eaten. It wasn't as good as the first but not bad as far as giant anaconda movies go.

My best friend is in this movie (he played Cole) and called me to try and convince me to see the film. I've seen every film he's been in, but I could not bring myself to see this flick.

Give it a try Diva it's really not THAT bad for a rental. I wouldn't want to own it or anything.

This sounds like an appropriate movie for a boring day off.

it's awful shite. and the monkey really is the only well developed character in the movie. i mean i'm used to two dimensional characters in crappy movies but i give credit to the director for finding angles in which all of the cast were even visible. You're supposed to suspend disbeleif in these sorts of films but i couldn't find a damn thing to suspend it from.
Also i fell asleep after the alcoholic captain's boat blows up. please don't tell me it got good after that.

did the monkey live?

Yeah the monkey lived and from there I guess you can figure out who makes it out of the mess alive.

I ain't a herpetologist, but aren't anacondas only found in South America, not in Borneo?

One of my friends keeps trying to coax me into watching it, but so far I have resisted.

Anacondas was a freaking masterpiece compared to Van Helsing.

actually after all the bad reviews I read I was expecting WAY worse.

It is way better than that horrible POS Resident Evil: Apocalypse as well. Though that's not saying much.
