There is actually a new release, the link is messed up. Search for the Kino box set or Fallen Angels (the new release doesn't have an image.) I reviewed the brand new release.

I also own the WKW box set from Kino, and I've never seen this movie look any better than it does here. Great transfer. It was like watching the movie for the first time again. Man, do I love this movie. My favorite WKW (though I still haven't finished In the Mood For Love), and the relationship between Takeshi Kaneshiro and his dad just resonates with me so poignantly without going overboard with any schmaltz or unnecessary emoting. And yes, Michelle Reis is just absolutely fetching in this. Even stoic piece of wood Leon Lai is good here as the emotionally detatched hitman. Great review, OW. Enjoyed the screen caps as well.
