I didn't put this under the self promotion for one good reason. I'm not promoting anything. I thought everybody would just enjoy it. My roommate and I got bored one night and decided to make a partially 3D animated movie with ... errr.... me...... as the star. The results are down below.
It's honestly pretty funny...... bad..... perhaps..... but we tried.
Here's the link! Oh and it's in quicktime and it's around 30 MBs. I'm on cable and I tested the download speed. Took me about a minute.... slightly longer. Noooo PROBLEM!

And just for the curious, that is the house we lived in... we took measurements of every little thing in there and it was so precise that the actual reflections on the window when we are in live action don't move at all when we switch to complete 3D.
Reflections are easy to do... just tell some surface to reflect... but we were surprised we got it right.
Anyway, watch it. Oh, and the gun shots and grenade sound effects are taken from Halo. Don't tell anybody because we weren't supposed to use copyrighted material....
