I will not tolerate this place being a totally gross, borderline dangerous forum. Here are the first simple guidelines. You don't follow, our mods should and will close threads, remove them, and if things get out of hand... remove you.

1. No posting of nude photos without a warning in the thread TITLE.

2. No illegal stuff. Underage girls? Fucking off limits.

3. If you only come in here to bait people or to criticize them for being in here, fuck off.

4. Keep in mind that this is still a public forum. If I need to make it a private, password only one I will.

5. Adhere to the laws of grammar, even though the subject matter often dips to 1st grade intellect.

Nice one Nick, I was getting kinda sick seeing the underage girl thread keep popping up anytime I clicked 'new posts'.

I make grammatical errors because I have a readership and I try to put stuff in front of them. I rush too much sometimes. I also come up with terms to describe how I'm feeling but want to sizzle it up a bit. I know they're not "real" words but the people who matter know what I'm doing.

But I'm intelligent. There's a difference. I'll just warn you. I am going to remove you from the boards pretty soon. So, get your bullshit out fast.

Crazy that this thread comes up today since I was thinking about suggesting a little tagline on the Sex forum which says something like you should only be 18 to read this forum or view it. That way if a 14 year old or something wanders in and gets caught by his/her parents looking at porn, Chud can be cleared because of the little disclaimer on the forum. Just a thought.

Yea, the age thing sort of does cause semi-concern.

But then where would underage fanboys go for sex education?


I was wondering if there is some sort of option that lets you restrict certain board members to certain forums according to how many posts they have.

Im sure some folks will join the boards to browse only a couple of forums this one being probably number one.

What if people had to acquire a certain amount of "good" posts in the movie related forums to be able to contribute to other ones like "Sex" or "Shameless Selft Promotion".

Now that I finished typing this I hate the idea myself.

The problem I can see arising with the post count requirement is that we might have new members who were making useless posts in the other forums just to get their post count high enough so that they could have access to the restricted forums. I think the idea of an age limit would be best, because even though we can't verify how old someone actually is, it would still clear CHUD of any porny legal issues regarding the kiddos. The 14-year-old boy knowingly lied about his age, he was aware of what he was trying to access, there was no way he could have accidently stumbled across it, blahblahblah.

As a member who does not post that much, I think that a post count requirement would push away some people and may do as agent danger said and cause a lot of random off topic posts in various areas. But I agree with the other suggestions of an age disclaimer and a age verification. Then again if you are really worried about the problem maybe you should password protect certain forums, and send out e-mails to members with the passwords. For what ever my input is worth, I thought I should agree or disagree, even though I do not post that much I do enjoy the site and would be rather disappointed if the site were shut down do to a few naked pics.

No it's not, but if it's not one thread where someone is attacking someone else, it'll be another.

Because he's doing a piss poor job of it, and he's been trying to flex his "muscle" for a couple of weeks now. Unnecessarly thread locks, threats of unnecessary thread locks, changing thread titles for no discernable reason. We get it, Thompson. You're a moderator. Now start acting like one.
