Nick, avoid helicopters!

I just had an extremely vivid dream this morning, and it was about Nick and some woman named Rachel and a third person being killed in a helicopter crash. There was even follow-up stuff on CNN and, of course, here on the message boards. Also included was controversy when some SP assholes showed up and made horrible jokes about Nick's demise.

Weird.

Oh, and this all occured at the first ever CHUD convention, and the helicopter was sponsored by a local radio station which was giving free rides to the conventioneers.

It's all still very vivid and fresh in my mind. It seemed real.

One gruesomely funny note: the human remains recovered at the crash were small enough to be covered by a bath towel from the hotel we were all staying at.

While I may eventually perish in the ganshing of rotors, it will not be at a CHUD convention. There will never be a CHUD convention. Ever.

That was MY recurring nightmare...everything is in my dream journal.

Might stick it in the 'Creature Corner' one day.

I think you caught the TNT rerun of Dr. Romano's demise on ER a couple of days ago and it stuck in your mind....

I had a very vivid dream last night that Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, as part of "The Simple Life", were assigned to be maids at my house (I kid you not). And I was so desperate to get them to leave that I gave them each a bag of "trash" to take out, each of which was filled with newspapers, then I set the bags on fire as they walked out of the house in hopes that they would catch on fire as well. And I don't even watch that show.

Jacob: You dreamed about a CHUD convention. Step AWAY from the monitor. Walk slowly outside, then start running for the hills. Once you dream about a message board, and then write about it on said message board, its alllllll over.

I was expecting more responses along these lines, actually.

I thought it was mildly funny, because often my dreams just revolve around whatever book/movie/game/show I was into before going to sleep. I seldom post here on the weekends, and I had this dream on Sunday morning.

Oh and Nick - the helicopter was yellow. I'm sure that means something...

I frequently dream about the tv show I'm watching as I fall asleep. However, I remember back in '97, when I was a secratary with nothign to do but be on the 'net all day, I would dream I was typing in a chat room that I frequented all the time. IT was scaaaaaarey.

In literature (often in fairy tales geared toward children) Yellow signifies intelligence and/or cowardice.
