Halloween 9/ SAW

as all of you may know, Halloween 9 is coming out this summer. I am very excited with this happening. it's gonna kick ass. but anyways, SAW was a huge hit at the box office. you can post your oppinions on any one of these.
also, what did you personally think of SAW?
i thought it was sick, sadistic, psycopathic torture. awesome.

You would think that Halloween would be released halloween weekend but alright.

I actually liked Saw quite a bit and wasn't turned off by the ending. A sequal however isn't needed.

the last halloween movie was kinda bad. I liked how they brought Michael back for it, well played but the story line sucked ass. I hope this one will be better if not end it all. If not probably lead to Freddy vs Jason vs Meyers. LOL

There hasn't been a decent Halloween movie IMO since part 2. I watched them in succession a couple summers ago along with the NOES and the F13 series, and Halloween has been kicked around the worst I think. I agree Myers needs to die forever.
Saw was my favorite movie of last year along with Shaun of the Dead, hands down. The fact that it came out the day before my birthday helped. I just wish Cary Elwes had decided to act in the movie instead of hamming it up so damn much lol. That was the only thing I didn't like, and I actually usually don't mind Cary at all. I'm kind of upset that James and Leigh allowed it to be franchised out. They seem like they are going to have some good idea in the future as well, and I don't want their stuff to be thinned out by pointless sequels.

I heard that Sino Shion, who directed SUICIDE CLUB, was directing HALLOWEEN 9. If that's true, I'm onboard.

I wouldn't expect Halloween 9 until next year. No official announcements on the project have been made at all, other than the fact that it is happening. As of right now it has no one signed onto it (aside from the girl who won the online "be one of Michael's victims" contest). Hell, we don't even know if they have chosen a script for it. "Supposedly" there is going to be a "major" announcement from the Akkads by the end of this month. Until then, all else is just mere speculation.

As far as Saw goes, I really enjoyed it for the most part.

YEAH!We know nothing except that there IS a new Halloween movie coming out.That's reason enough to know it will rock!That's what I love about the Halloween movies,they always reinvent the genre and provide us with things we've never seen before!!!!!!
