The Best Matrix Fan Film Ever

In contrast to this monstrosity...

I link you to this.

Stupid name of website (Fanimatrix), although the film's really called 'Run Program', and mercifully it has nothing to do with the main storyline of the Matrix franchise, and has people that can act (no Oscar winners though). It gets big points for effort and execution in my opinion, check it out.

That actually wasn't too bad. Especially the fights.

Then again, when the basis of comparison has sneaker-wearing agents.....

This is pretty good as well. Matrix XP

No, no, XP is just a notch above that horrible 'prequel' agent-sneaker-wearing fan film in the grand table of Matrix fan films, horrible horrible stuff.

As for Run Progam, I like the effort involved in filming in interesting locations, creating passable fight scenes, good music and of course the downbeat ending.

I think I liked that better than Revolutions.

Revolutions had a downbeat ending? I guess I was confused by the cheesy CGI sunrise.

Anyone ever see that one film where the two college guys in Smith and Neo costumes would show up in random places on their campus and recreate parts of the burly brawl? It was really funny because they had whole sequences of the choreography down really well, and they'd just run up to each other and go at it, full bore, in the middle of a crowd of people.

Back Smith. Can you find a Link to that?

That just sounds like a great thing to watch.

Two guys fighting in random places.

I thought that Run Program was really well done. The editing was great, and some of the camera work was really something. I like the pan across the stairwell as it follows the Agent's POV.

The fight choreography was really quite good, too. I hope they continue the story sometime.

I would really like to see the guys on the college campuses. That sounds great.

It isn't as good as I remembered, but they fake it pretty well, in my opinion.

Retarded hilarity

Heh, it would have been funnier if they fell off the bridge! But it did get better at the end, they should do it in more various locations...with strangers...
