OK, everyone's heard about fad diets and shit but check this out... a friend of mine was doing this and she dropped from a size 22 to a size ONE in a little over 9 months, no exercise involved. I'm doing it myself, and I'm also slightly less wind-resistant as of late. And get this, no expensive shit, no points, no programs, nothing.
Just eat your dinner for breakfast.
I shit you not. What she did was cook vegetables and protien-based foods like cod and steak and ate it for breakfast. A side dish was an amalgamation of vegetables in a pot cooked with two eggs. Both are delicious and it actually, amazingly, works. Make sure you use lots of garlic, and any vegetbale will work. Onions, celery, peppers, tomatoes, brocolli, whatever. It's freakin' nuts.
Step 2: Eat breakfast for dinner.
She also ate oat and wheat cereal for dinner, only she poured orange juice on it. That, also, is quite good-tasting.
So I got my ass up and did it, and I've been doing it for about three months and I am getting pretty thin as well, however I am going to the gym in extra to the diet.
This rocks.
