iPod Help

I'm downloading Audiobooks right now. Specifically the Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy series read by the author. Now since each book is about five hours long is there any way I can speed up the fast forward feature in order to quickly get back to the place where I left off last if, by accident, I hit the button that makes the book start from the begining?

I can't seem to find any directions on how to do this on the CDrom tutorial nor on apple's website. It is possible to speed up of the fast foward feature?

Yeah, you can do that. While the track is playing, click the select button once, and then you should be able to fast forward through the track pretty quickly using the scroll wheel.
