I think it's more like your interpretation of facts.

They put Star Wars on the cover because they know it will sell magazines. What publication isn't guilty of this? It doesn't somehow obligate them to go easy on a movie in their review just because it's featured on their cover.

Actually, that particular shirt is an ILM crew shirt and won't be available for sale.

However, Big Dog and Hot Topic will be selling "Sith Happens" shirts as well. I don't know when exactly they will start showing up, but I imagine it will be anytime between now and May.
