Kirk Cameron-The Way of the Master

Comedy at it's highest form

Sorry if this site has been posted before, did a search, didn't find. Having a lil' Kirk Cameron telling you that you may go to hell is funny. I only wish Stephen Baldwin was there in the intro with him.

Have fun watching and listening to Kirk's testimony.

Ray Comfort?

RAY COMFORT??

What's wrong with Kirk Cameron representing his faith? Compraed to most of the rabid tactics used by evangelists (most of which seem to be using the WRONG tactics) KC's are pretty good. No pushing, no shoving, no shooting abortion doctors. Let the man profess his faith.

Preach on Kirk.

Holy Fuck this is funny. Fornicators will burn in hell!!! According to the web-site, I'm an enemy of God. So I'm taking him out. If its him vs. me, then he's going down. Place your bets folks.

Dammit... I've been damned ever since kindergarden when the other kids got to play with the blocks and I wanted them.

I don't really get what's funny here. We have an actor who used to be an atheist, didn't come from a Christian family, and became a Christian. The site is pretty slick.

Now if you have in your mind the character he played I still don't get it (the humor).

You know Kirk Cameron's background?

I listened to his testimony. One assumes he's being truthful.

Did he talk about the part where he got an actress fired off his show because she posed in Playboy, too, Scotty boy?

I would tend to be skeptical. The story of the 'miraculous conversion' has long been a popular tool for trying to convert other people to whatever religion a person happens to be a part of. Not surprisingly some of these stories are embellished at the least, and outright phony at times.

Many christian sects will denounce other sects as not being christian. Many protestant ones would say the catholic church isn't christian, some would even go so far as calling it satanic. So it would be possible that he came from a christian family, but his current religious belief wouldn't consider his familiy's belief 'christian', and so would be atheistic by their thinking. That would be consistant with some of the statements I've seen from him, where he states that the idea of an all loving god that does not condemn people to eternal torment is not a true religion.

I'm always amazed that KC questioned taping a scene in his bedroom alone with a girl while they were studying, because a good christian wouldn't do that, all the while his best friends name on the show was fucking BONER.

Listening to the folks who produced that show tell it, KC was a pain in the ass.

You said BONER.

Kirk Cameron tried to grab my fun parts once. He's a sinner and he's going to hell.

Sometime ago I watched a couple of episodes on TBN and was appalled at how Ray Comfort treated some of the people he was interviewing (more like interrogating)

Ray had got a young man who was heading into a heavy metal festival and the young man was very polite and forthcoming about his life. The man said he believed in the Lord and has on occasion prayed and thanked the Lord for all the good that has happened in his life. The man admitted his sins and understood that without the Lord he would not enter heaven.

I admired that young man for getting on TV and opening up about a very personal issue but that was not good enough for Ray. Oh no, he had to keep dragging the guy down and was very belligerent.

After a couple of incidents like the one above I refuse to give this show one more second of my time.

I wish Ray would interview me

What's your point? (and did I mention that I REALLY dislike being called Scott Boy?).

Or he could be telling the truth.

Actually when mosst Christian sects see a sect that they believe isn't preaching the truth they wouldn't call them "atheistic", but rather "heretical". But who knows, you could be right. He might have been from one of those sects, but in his testimony (again which I am taking at face value "innocent before proven guilty") he says that he didn't believe in God at all. But as I recall you don't believe that a true atheist could become a true believer or something ot that effect. Am I wrong?

i'm gonna vote the WDJD episode as my personal favorite. I just cant stop laughing

For some reason, the song Ghostwriter by RJD2 really compliments Kirk's voice, and just the overall teachings throughout the site.

It really adds to the humour.
