Your Favorite Auxiliary Jedi

With all the (deserved) love being thrown Wat Tambor's way over the last week or so, I got to thinking about the ancillary Jedi from Episodes I and II. Qui-gon, Obi-wan, Anakin, Yoda, and Mace all have their fans, but what about the forgotten Jedi? Which one is your favorite? Is it that green Twi'lek with the nice rack? That chick Yoda? Sound off, Chewers.

My favorite is the guy with the really long neck. I don't know his name, but he was on the Jedi Council in Episode I. I always thought that big neck would be a liability in a fight, though, and I suspect I was right. He doesn't show up in Episode II.

The dude with the long neck is Yarael Poof. He and Ki-Adi-Mundi have always been my favorite secondary Jedi. Yarael Poof has four arms, you know. It would have been sweet to have seen him fight Grievous in some fashion.

Fett, is that the one with the brown fur, claws and long face with big black eyes? That's mine. Too bad he bit it in that episode against Greivous.

Kit Fisto is a close second.

And as sadly geeky as it sounds, the Secura chick is kinda sexy despite the alien appearance.


EDIT: No you're talking about the "Wolfman" species, I guess. Oh well. Who was the dude in CW that I described above?

Of all the crazy designs of new creatures, he's the most pleasing to my eye.

Kit Fisto is cool but I like the guy who wears some kind of crazy mask over his face (I think) and has giant cauliflower ears.

Plus he's got one of the worst Jedi names-- Coleman Trebor? Plo Koon at least has a tough-looking metal face appliance, and he was a bad ass in the Jedi Power Battles game.

The big white fella from the clone wars was cool, but from the movies, the only one that looks really bad-ass in an action pose in the films was Luminara Unduli.

Coleman Trebor sounds like a Jedi Accountant.


I love the guy in CW, he's seen piloting a starfighter in some scenes, he's got two horns upside down and I think one of them is missing the tip.

Looks like a helluva guy to have a drink with.

Best and most kick-ass for me is KI ADI. He looks cool and does a fine job against the baddies.

PLOOKOON is awesome too as he has the metal crab- thingy on his face.

SAASE TINN, kicked all kinds of ass in CW as he dons a spacesuit and led his troops to victory. He's the dude with the horns sticking out and point down. COOL!

The octopus looking Jedi Master that gets scolded by Yoda in Chapter 21 of Clone Wars, RAAN SISSIS? Damn right.

Eeth Koth is alright too since he's the same species as Darth Maul.

That said, my favorite JEDI at the moment is the Ithorian, Roron Corobb (Hammerhead for you casual fans) JEDI! In Clone Wars Chapter 24-25. FUCKING AWESOME!

Plus, HAMMERHEAD JEDI sounds like the makings of a cool punk band name.

Found out a while ago he accidentally deflects one of Jango´s blasterbolts into his knee, thus leading to a lack of concentration and subsequent death! Man, how unlucky is that?!

As for my favorite, Shaak-Ti, mainly due to her prominent role in the last CW chapters. Hope she survives the Purge....

Yup, it's Kit Fisto for me. It's all in the smile. I was happy to see he kept that trait in the Clone Wars cartoon as well. I wonder if we'll get to see him put on his smile in Ep III... probably not since there won't be too much to be happy about, but we'll see.

After the smile, there's the name. KIT FISTO!!! I bet he smiles because he knows he has a strange and goofy name.

I see Kit as having a "surfer dude" attitude. But he can be serious when he needs to be.

G'dam that's funny.

Who's the hottie, multi-colored Jedi in CW that Greivous doesn't kill at the end season 2? She's pretty cool...as is Hammerhead Jedi.

Definitely the Jedi in CW are portrayed 100x better in CW than in the movies.
