What went down the night before Easter 1990.
The events that occurred during the two weeks following my car accident in 1993.
The farm. The canal. 1981.

Anyone else interested in not talking about the time you had (or at least claimed to have) an apartment building evacuated due to an Islamic bomb prank two weeks after the World Trade center tragedy? This is that place...

Oh, believe me. That happened. I felt terrible.

In all fairness, I was a freshman in high school, it was a very small apartment building, and I did only call my brother, and the message was word-for-word exactly what he was joking with me about earlier in the day.

Alright, I admit: it was a completely stupid thing that was beyond excuse. It was a tasteless practical joke that went horribly awry. That's why I posted it in the "Dumb Shit" thread. But pray tell, why does this thread exist?

This isn't a parody thread. It's purpose is laid out in the first post. This is where you go to not to make an ass out of yourself in this forum.

So please, no "I accidentally lit my genitalia on fire while experimenting when I was young" posts in here.

Sorry, it appeared to be a parody thread because you're asking that people refuse to post things. Subtle hints give the imagination more to work with, and one's rep could be more tarnished by innuendo than by the truth, if anyone was serious about that kind of thing.

I really shouldn't have claimed this wasn't a parody thread. Bad form on my part I suppose.

So please use this thread as you will (or don't). Here you can give REAL hints to extremely damning choices you have made in your life (Date rape? wakka wakka wakka) or you can just mock those who post dumb shit about themselves on the web in general.

Or go for something more subtle if you'd like.
