Why would anyone put that in their banner ad?

And what kind of fan creates art inspired by a B-grade horror movie that hadn't even been released when the banners went up?

I hate to think of what a incredible looser someone would have to be to do "House of Wax" fan art.
I guess trying to get some kind of geeky fan base going is SOP for any genre film nowdays.
It tells you something about what the marketers REALLY think about the intelligence of fandom, though....
