Help with some old movie titles

These would be probably from the mid to late '70's. Wondered if anybody recognized them. Unfortunately I was a kid when I saw them and only remember bits and pieces. Here goes
1) First Movie was set in a hospital or insane asylum or something. There was these little dolls that killed people and when you stepped on them blood and guts oozes out from them.
2) Second movie had a person in a house being stalked by a killer. The killer was going up a set of stairs with a pizza cutter running it across the railing.
3) Last one had someone opening a rose box to find a severed arm in it.
I know this is vauge, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have not a clue, just go to IMDB, I found an old cheese favorite called "The Being" using very vague descriptions myself: Ohio + Potato + Mutant Monster.

The puppets one sounds kind of like The Puppet Master, but that was from the 80's, not the 70's.

I think the doll movie is called "Dolls" where this guy would turn evil people into small little dolls, and some people crashed at his place and the dolls were killing people in that movie. I don't remember much from it, but that sounds like it to me. I could be wrong

The first film could be ''ASYLUM''. A British film from the 70's.

No idea about the other two though.

After reading these responses, the one with the Dolls is definately "Asylum".Thanks for the help.
