Hope this hasn't been done before but the Back to the Future thread got me thinking, so i will Start with:-

1. "I am Darth Vader from the Planet Vulcan" Back to the Future

2. "I am Darth Ted!"
"Well im Luke Bill and.....your not my father!" Bill and Ted

3. The second Death Star being built by union guys coversation in Clerks.

4. "Dont Fuck with a Jedi master Son" Jay and Silent Bob

5. "If you see only one movie this summer, see...Star Wars. If you see two movies, see Austin Powers." Much as the film sucked i loved the way they marketed Austin Powers 2.

Anyone else?

1. Looking at a large storm cell in Twister - "That's no moon, it' s a space station!"
2. The entire movie Spaceballs. (depending on your definition of reference)
3. When Silent Bob tries to use the force in Mallrats. Plus other references.
4. I don't know the exact quote but they reference Star Wars, Chewbacca and Han Solo in Armageddon.

That's all I got for now.

1) Pirate Movie (Saw it in a movie once...)
2) Austin Powers 2 (I am your father.. no, not really, I can't back that up..)
3) That 70s Show (Bad guy with a breathing problem...)
4) Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back (I think George Lucas is going to sue somebody...)
5) Stargate SG-1 (I thought we were going for Red Leader on this one...)

1) Andromeda
Rommie: <waves hand> These are not the droids you're looking for.
Doyle: <running away under fire> What the hell was that all about?
Rommie: I don't know. It seemed like a good idea.

2) Meet the Fockers
Greg: Search your feelings, Jorge, you know it to be true.

3) South Park
Stone: We always invisioned the bus stop with having CGI walkers in the background.

At the moment I can't think of any others, but when I do, I'll post them.

Star Crash
The whole movie is a cheap knock off of Star Wars, but the David Hasselhoff vs. stop-motion robot lightsaber batter is the key moment!
The Simpsons
There have been lots, but the "Luke be a Jedi Tonight" bit with Mark Hamill takes it.
Saturday Night Live
Bill Murray's Star Wars cabaret routine is golden.
The Muppet Show
When Luke and the gang show up for an episode and Darth Gonzo is the villain... priceless.

'You're all talk, Hamill! You never even finished Jedi school!'

Oh God, so many Star Wars references that I like. Here's some off the top of my head:

SNL - Star Wars 20th Anniversary Auditions - Just awesome. Norm MacDonald as Burt Renyolds trying out for Darth Vader ("Hey, what kinda car does this guy drive?"), Kevin Spacey as Christopher Walken for Han Solo ("You've. . . never heard. . .of the Millennium Falcon. . .it's the ship that made. . .The Kessel Run in. . .)

The previously mentioned song from The Simpsons - Love that episode:
Luke, be a Jedi tonight!
Just be a Jedi tonight!
Do it for Yoda while we serve our guests a soda!
And do it for Chewie and the Ewoks, and all the other puppets

Most Kevin Smith films - loaded with references. I have always liked "Don't fuck with a Jedi Master, son" personally.

Chappelle's Show - Jedi Sex Scandal - This will have you on the floor. Only Dave Chappelle could make a skit with Jedi Masters abusing drugs and feeling up their Padawans.

"Vader, show me on the doll where your master touched you."

Strange Brew : "Give in to the dark side of the Force, you knob."

Friends: The One With the Gold Bikini

Newsradio: "How'd you know about Boba Fett?" "That's just one of the fascinating things you learn when you date Dave."

E.T. : Kid in a Yoda costume

Simpsons: "I am your father. This is CNN."

These aren't the best but they are recent. From the Final 2 Episodes of LOST

While building the boat Mike says to Jin

"No no no!"

"This one goes here,
That one goes there!"

Word for word what Han says to Chewbacca while fixing the Falcon on Hoth in ESB.

&

Sawyer refers to Mike as Han and Jin as Chewy when they are arguing about turning on the radar.

X-Men:

Ray Park referencing his role as Darth Maul as he twirls the pipe around in the air. The poses are strikingly similiar.

For the sake of your sanity, there is no need to re-visit that cluster f*** of a film to find out.

Spaced in general, but Series Two, Episode 6 in particular. The end sequence echoes the end of ESB beautifully.

It seems like that's his "signature move," if he has one. He does the same thing in Sleepy Hollow and a few other movies he's been in for stunt work.

It begins and ends with "Club Obi-Wan".

When I was typing the previous post, I wanted to post that, but I couldn't remember it at the time. Thank god someone did.

When I saw that in Temple for the first time, I nearly shat myself. SHAT I say.

I guess that's why Darth Maul was killed off so quickly: Park was a one hit wonder.

The only three I can think of are...

Family Guy: Peter grows a beard and ends up housing a few baby birds. He talks about how they remind him of his own kids, then it shows one bird and Chris' face appears on the bird's body, then Stewie's face appears on the second bird and when it goes to the third bird, he stops for a second, then Boba Fett's head appears and Peter says "Hehehehe (that Peter laugh), Sweeet." Another FG reference, Peter is making a bet with Lois and he bets all of his Star Wars action figures "except Boba Fett. No matter houw sure I am I never risk the Fett-man."

Just Shoot Me: Mark Hammill guest stars as himself and turns the tables on an obsessed Finch. I don't remember too much about the episode itself, I just always thought it was cool that Hammill poked a little fun at his celebrity.

Here's some more SW references in the Indy films:

Raiders: You can see Threepio and R2 in the hieroglyphics in the Well of Souls.
- Jock's airplane has the letters : OB-CPO (Obi-Wan and Threepio)
- Not reference but a link: The canyon where Indy threatens to blow up the Ark is the same canyon (Tunisia) where R2 was attacked by Jawas.

Temple: (excluding Club Obi-Wan since Ratty already mentioned it)

- after fighting Thuggee guards, Indy catches a rope and flies into the minecar with Shorty and Willie. The rope is never shown to be hanging on to anything. The same thing occurs in Return of the Jedi, when Luke and Leia swing off Jabba's exploding sail barge using a rope that's never shown hanging from something.

- After the duel with the two Thug swordsmen, Indy chases off the standing guard only to see the entire Thug army and then they chase him onto the bridge. The same happened in SW, when Han Solo chases a stormtrooper and comes face to face with an entire army of them and then they come after him.

Crusade:

- Donovan's apartment: The Imperial March can be heard being played on the piano in the background as Indy discusses with Donovan about the legend of the grail.

These aren't references but they are little links to SW:

- Micheal Sheard who plays Hitler played Admiral Ozzel (dude who gets force strangled) at the beginning of Empire. He's also in Raiders he plays a U-Boat captain. Julian Glover (Donovan) played Gen. Veers.

I've always wondered if one line in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie was a Star Wars reference. Shredder is talking to all the teenagers, and right after he says "This is your family", he then says (with filtered deep voice and everything) " I am your father". Watch it and tell me it's not an indirect Star Wars reference.

I remember a scene in Angel where Gunn refers to him as "Darth Vampire", but I'll be damned if I can remember what episode it's in.

Also, during the Order 66 montage in Sith, right after Yoda's part, the quote "Don't fuck with a Jedi Master, son" popped into my head.

South Park Bigger, Longer, and Uncut--"Yousa people gonna DIE??"

Spaced--Series 2, Episode 1. Contains the two best: The funeral pyre of SW stuff, and "You LANDO!!!".

Just caught the "Family Guy" where Stewie sees Sants Clause. Stewie whips out a ray gun and starts firing at Clause who blocks the shots with his hand and then takes the ray gun from Stewie just like the Han/Vader scene in EMPIRE.

Another Familey Guy one (forgive me if i dont quote it exaclty right)

STEWIE Thank you sir for your kind words, i hope they keep you warm when you are FROZEN IN CARBONITE!

And possibly the best Spaced one has to be the one where they are looking for Colin the dog and Tim assigns everyone Star Wars code names ending with Twist being Jabba

TWIST Jabba is the Princess right?
TIM: Um...yes
