The only one I can really recall is from the X-Files. It's one of the stand alone episodes about Mulder & Scully running afoul of a vampire pizza boy, an it was pretty damn funny.

Roundtree plays a private detective, I think named "Haft," on Desperate Housewives. Pretty sad for the original baddest Mutha on the planet. Of course if he did Longoria then it be a different story.

First season ep of News Radio, where they tease Matthew durring bonus time...he always gets The Shaft.

They go through the whole speal, done in character, complete with Jimmy James walking by, saying, "I can dig it."

The only one I can think of is from "Seinfeld." When Jerry hired the actress to play Elaine on his sitcom within the sitcom. The actress became obsessed with being just like Elaine and asks Jerry what her favorite movie was, to which he responded without skipping a beat, "SHAFT."
