At the end of Sith, when ObiWan has the supposed high ground, and it is the undefeatable stance and he takes out Anakin, did Lucas and everyone forget that ObiWan did the exact same thing Anakin did to Darth Maul in The Phantom Menace and pulled it off?

This has been bugging me all day . . .
