Firefox and easygestures 3.0, the earlier versions were kind of problematic but this one is great. It allows you to just drag the mouse and forget all toolbars and menus. And I discovered this after the “boost thread” when I check the extensions page, and It will the only time I be edgy with some tech new (I think it’s kinda new perhaps it’s as old as hell but I dunno)
