Wow. Some people must really be hard up. But any sex is good sex, right? :P

From a webpage describing the hack:
Quote:
With this mod you will be able to unlock the uncensored interactive sex-games with your girlfriends in San Andreas. Rockstar build all this stuff in the game, but decided to disable it in their final release for unknown reasons.
Perhaps... and this is just a wild guess... perhaps they disabled it because they didn't want to distribute a rated "A" game?

The more interesting question is: Why did they create this stuff in the first place?

I was going to say that maybe the idea of a game where the main character had sex with a naked girl with his blue jeans on and fastened took away from the realism and was untrue to his character. That's just me though.

Come on, that's obviously faked.

If so, that makes it even more sad.

There's a better link. But I think it's incredibly stupid. First, it's way too quick - and second, there's no cuddling and pillow talk afterwards.

And no arching ropes of jism.

Dam PC players get to have all the fun.

I've tried it and it does work. Surprisingly however, it's pretty boring. The Sexual encounters become a rhythm based mini-game where you try to improve the "excitement" level of your lady friend. Positions can be changed with the left mouse button, and there's a whopping total of 3.

The Hot Coffee V2 mod that I tried seemed to louse up the scripting though. I never once received a cel phone call, and I eventually got to a point after G-Loc'c missions that the C.R.A.S.H. missions never opened up and I couldn't progress. Fortunately I had backed up the changed files so I started over without the mod.

It's worth a chuckle the first time, but it says something about the depth of this game that I'd rather be out doing missions, pimpin' hos, and fighting turf wars than wasting my time with somewhat juvenile sex-sims.

Or maybe I'm just getting old. Meh.

"Oh no! We must now rally-up against this game because it features SEX!"

Honestly, this seems rather pedantic considering that it was a feature taken out and can only be unlocked from a mod for the PC version.

From what I've heard, ESRB is really mad at Rockstar, to the point of possibly changing its rating to something higher.

Frankly, I agree with this. I think its important to realize that this isn't user-created, this is stuff Rockstar made, in a game that has a considerable history of being modded within moments of release. To not disclose this to the ESRB (I hope thats the right phrase, I know its something like that) was - at best - unacceptable.

My guess? Rockstar "took it out" before the ratings people got ahold of it, "forgot" to tell them about it, and hoped nobody would unlock it. Morons.

Final edit: After reading the above article, I can tell you that Rockstar is full of zergcrap. To get Hot Coffee, all someone had to do was change one little entry to another one. None of this decompiling/recompiling crap. Hell, SA's Admin Console has a button to unlock/relock it, already.

My favourite part:

We should all be deeply disturbed that a game which now permits the simulation of lewd sexual acts in an interactive format with highly realistic graphics has fallen into the hands of young people across the country.
Highly realistic graphics? It's no worse than what kids do with Ken and Barbie, and in this case, Ken keeps his pants on....not that it matters for Ken anyhow.

Of course... the fact you can shoot police officers in the face with a shotgun isn't that big a deal.... but sexual reproduction? Dear god no!

What a fucked up world we live in.

Highly Realistic Graphics? Did they neglect the fact that san andreas' graphics are some of the shitiest of this generation?

I love the implication that young people, already in possession of a game where you can massacre small rural towns, are going to be irreparably damaged by a silly sexual minigame that can't even be accessed without hacks.

Ridiculous!

and calling the graphics realistic, is misrepresentation

I believe the game she's speaking of is this:

Figures it would take sex to get Diva into the videogames forum.

This is crap. You have to actively go out and hunt for the hack, so it's not like the game should get a AO rating. Hell, you could put boobies in pac-man and say the same thing.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the video. Several people seem to be saying it's real, though. I got the damn game on PS2 because I couldn't wait and I'm damn sure not buying it for my CP just to see some pixle tits. I just want to know now if this is actually real or not. Not that it matters. I just think it's funny to get people up in arms over dumb shit like this.

It is totally real. All that happened was that a modder was looking through the lines of code, saw a sort of 'censor' button and took it away. It was all already built into the game by Rockstar, but they had a deadline to meet so a lot of stuff was disabled at the last minute (There was supposed to be Skateboarders, Animals and you could use the Carwash as well, plus there's a ton of other rumoured stuff). For some reason though, they neglected to remove it when porting the game over.
